The aim on this small project was to open up the house to the rear garden and provide a greater sense of space and connection with the garden throughout the year. Despite the budget being tight, this is formed by inserting a corner folding glass wall. The lead roof and cedar clad extension also provides a new larger family room and kitchen with downstairs toilet and utility facilities.
